During the recent pandemic I noticed that there were many people within my community looking to get into better shape for their physical, mental and emotional health. Due to the increase of people searching for assistance towards a healthier lifestyle I founded my company Reinforcement Fitness. I hold over 10+ years of Fitness expertise through various capacities. With my experience I have learned the key to fitness isn’t just putting in the physical work, but making sure my clients are mentally motivated to accomplish their goals! I didn't start training just because I enjoyed working out. I looked at myself one day and said "This is your chance to change your life forever." So I took that mentality and applied it to my everyday life. Now I have the opportunity to take all that I have learned and share it with people who want to make that same change but have trouble getting started.
